The streets of Egypt are home to millions of stray dogs and cats. Many of them are sick or seriously injured and won’t make it without life-saving emergency treatment. Will you please donate to help them?
Animal Protection Foundation (APF) treats and sterilizes hundreds of dogs every month. With no government funding, this work is only possible because of people like you. |

AdoptThank you so much for your wonderful kindness in wishing to adopt an animal from APF Shelter. Adopting from APF is one of the most effective ways to support our work as it means we can free up space to help another animal in need.
Garage SaleAPF holds a monthly garage sale to raise funds for the dogs.
We sell used clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, furniture, sheets, towels, household goods .. etc. You can collect items for sale from family and friends and contact us to pick them us.

VolunteerThe primary role of a volunteer at our shelter is to socialize and walk the dogs. For dogs at the shelter to be adopted into homes, it is essential to teach them to trust people and to teach dogs to walk on a lead.
Also there are other ways of volunteering. Donate SuppliesAPF is always in need of donated medical supplies to help treat stray dogs in Egypt, as well as more general items such as toys and dog leads. If you have items that you wish to donate, please email us with the specifics at [email protected] and we will advise you if these are items we can use.
Promote AwarenessPromote and share the subjects on the "Awareness" tab on this website. You can also print any of them and distributed to your family, friends and neighbors.
