Things You Can Do to Help Stop Puppy Mills

What is a Puppy Mill

• A puppy mill is a “factory farm” for dogs.
• Dogs live in small wire cages for their entire lives
• Females are bred as frequently as possible, and when they are no longer able to “produce,” they are discarded by the breeders. It is no life for man’s best friend.

Avoid pet stores, newspaper ads, and great deals online!
Puppy mills supply local pet stores with puppies and dogs, this can be a danger for families that want to adopt a new dog. A puppy mill is a breeding facility with the sole purpose of churning out the most dogs for the least money--and to make the most profit.

Substandard breeding conditions and inbreeding can lead to health and behavioral problems in the puppies bred there.  You can do your part by adopting from a shelter and refuse to buy a puppy or a dog. 


Refusing to buy a dog from a pet store is a crucial first step. But we’re also asking all pet owners not to buy anything in stores that sell puppies! No kibble, no kitty litter, no toys—nothing! By purchasing anything from a store that sells puppies, you are unwittingly supporting the puppy mill industry.

Adopt from a shelter or rescue instead!
This is the safest solution. Rescues and shelters most often have the best interest of the animal at heart, and many of them are last chance adoptions. But remember: don't adopt out of pity! Adopt based on your energy level and compatibility!

مزارع الكلاب هى المورد لمحلات بيع الحيوانات الاليفة، وهذا قد يسبب خطر للعائلة التى تود اقتناء كلب. فإن تلك المزارع تقوم بتوليد اكبر عدد من الكلاب باقل تكلفة لتحقيق اكبر ربح

و هذه الطريقة غير سليمة للتوالد و ايضا التوالد من نفس العائلة مرات و مرات ينتج عنه مشاكل صحية و مشاكل فى السلوك.  تستطيع ان تقوم بدور فعال اذا قاطعت هؤلاء و قمت بالتبنى من احد ملاجئ الكلاب وهى كثيرة

رفضك الشراء من محلات بيع الكلاب هو خطوة اساسية. و لكننا ايضا نطالب من جميع اصحاب الكلاب عدم شراء اى شئ على الاطلاق من تلك المحلات التى تتاجر بأرواحها. لا شئ على الاطلاق، ولا حتى لعبة او طعام، فإنك عن طريق شراء اى شئ منهم فإنك تمول مصنع الكلاب الذى يزودهم بها. ارفض

تبنى و لا تشترى
هذه هى الطريقة الاسلم فان ملاجئ الكلاب و فرق الانقاذ هى الاكثر اهتماما بمصلحة الحيوانات.  ولكن تذكر لا تتبنى فقط بدافع الشفقة! تبنى بناءا على الانسب لك حتى تستطيع تقديم رعاية لائقة لهذه الروح البريئة
